1. Service

LinguaVerse Translation Studio provides automated document translation for uploaded DOCX files. If PDF upload is enabled, PDF handling is experimental and may change layout after conversion to DOCX. A preview is generated first, and the full translation starts only after payment is confirmed or an active subscription applies.

2. Translation quality

Translations are generated by automated systems and may contain mistakes, formatting issues, omissions, or wording that needs human review. The output is not certified, official, legal, medical, financial, or professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing the translated file before using it.

3. Current document limitations

Footnotes and tables of contents are not translated yet. Preview shows about 5% of the document. The last lines may briefly show original-language text because of the preview cutoff.

4. Files and permission to process

By uploading a file, you confirm that you have the right to upload it and allow us to process it for preview generation, full translation, delivery, troubleshooting, and support. Do not upload files that you are not allowed to share or that contain unlawful content.

5. Payments and delivery

Payments are handled by the checkout provider shown at checkout. Prices shown on this site are estimates until checkout and payment confirmation. After payment confirmation, the system starts the full translation and provides the translated file by download link and, when configured, email delivery.

6. Refunds

Because translations are digital files and processing can begin immediately after payment, completed purchases are generally not refundable. If a technical problem prevents delivery, a duplicate charge occurs, or the paid translation cannot be completed, contact support and include your job ID.

7. Availability and support

The service may be unavailable because of maintenance, hosting issues, payment provider delays, file conversion errors, or third-party API failures. For support, contact linguaversepro@gmail.com.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, the service is provided as is, without warranties. Our total liability for any claim related to a paid translation is limited to the amount you paid for that specific translation.

9. Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the updated terms.
